DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be able to market strategically and effectively SEM heavy equipments and thereby deliver the assigned budget of the department

With experience in developing and implementing strategies such as Account Coverage Plans, New Accounts, Pricing, and GP Targets.

Able to provide useful recommendations on machine applications and leverage Product Support capability and Machine advantages and Benefits
RELATED JOBS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
-
Minimum of one (1) year experience in selling heavy equipment for construction, mining or related industries
-
Proven experience in account management, developing and implementing strategies on customer aquisition and pricing
-
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
-
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
-
Client-focused, with a deep understanding of customer relationship management
-
Organizational and time management skills
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office or MS 365 application
-
Knows how to drive and owns a driver’s license
